We explore our connection with the elements to get us in deeper touch with our true nature.

We create ceremony together to honour that which is already sacred in our lives.

We learn how to access the wisdom of water and fire so that we can continue to deepen our relationship with them beyond the retreat.

We start our day with meditation to remember how to access our own guidance.

We work with yoga and embodiment practices to begin to embody our awakenings and honour the health of our Earth Temples, our Bodies.

We create safe group space to practice speaking our truth about what most moves us and about that which limits our full shine of personal expression.

  Group discussions reveal our collective traumas and allow us to hear the One voice of our shared Spirit. We will practice channelling the core essence of our beings, our Higher Selves.

Gradually attuning ourselves to the vibration of the Earth and the Cosmos, we bring our birthed gifts into alignment with the life that supports and sustains us. Our intention is to ennoble and dignify our human lives and highlight our connection with our global family.

Lastly, our goal is to empower the individual to claim their own unique spiritual calling, free of any outside dogma or obligations. We endeavour to be a clear channel of the life force spirit and wisdom moving through us and support others in becoming the same.
